What identification do I need?
Bring a current, acceptable form of identification.

Should I sign my document before the notary arrives?
Generally, wait to sign until instructed when the notarization requires your signature to be witnessed.

Do you travel to hospitals and nursing homes?
Yes. Mobile appointments can be arranged at residences, hospitals, assisted-living facilities, nursing homes, businesses, and other agreed locations.

Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?
A notary cannot provide legal advice or choose a notarial act for a signer when doing so would constitute legal advice. If you’re unsure, you may need to contact the document’s receiving agency or an attorney.
